As far as I know the other 3 died because they were stereotypical fat Americans and couldn't handle the exertion required for domestic terrorism. Not only is this good, it's fucking hilarious. Can't say I hate them, even if the most extreme would hang me from a crane or toss me off a cliff/building. Or just stone me to death if all else failed. I respect Muslims. Like genuine, awe inspiring respect. "Respect for your enemy" respect. Even if I'm not, in my view anyway, their enemy by choice.
