An i5 with an SSD seems pretty good. You just need a small form factor graphics card to fit the computer, and you can throw another monitor on it and it'll be a pretty good rig. -

Objectively all three were bad, but the real damage was done during the reign of George W. Bush. The big increases in medical costs, the big increases in debt (which continue today), the big increases in military expenditure (and keep in mind that GWB was elected as an isolationist), the big increases in immigration, the big increases in deindustrialisation, the big increases in drug use, the big increases in jedi political power. -
