By the way, the only reason cops got involved was because I went to one of my usual watering holes and told a bartender lady about it and she suggested I talk to the Popo.

I deliberated over it for a while.

I even cried a bit.

Then they sent a lady cop and she made a solid case for it being domestic violence and being kinda serious so I ended up "doing the right thing".
