Holy fuck.
And I was always that one kid they thought would shoot up the school, too.
Probably because I was rocking a bowl cut. -

Originally posted by mmQ I've always bought smokes a pack at a time, never cartons, even though cartons would make more sense financially. My flawed reasoning behind that has always been this notion that "I don't need ten packs at once because I'll probably quit before then."
Like just weird psychology, when I only buy one pack a time I feel like I'm less of a smoker with more potential to quit at any given time. But it's been like thst for years so really it's just me being retarded.
That is a very common cognitive bias.
Common to the point that pretty much everyone thinks like that about one thing or another. -
2018-12-07 at 5:15 AM UTC in People who think cigarettes are a part of themSometimes a stern "STFU" is absolutely warranted and acceptable.

Originally posted by GGG You can sympathize with someone while still realizing their behavior is totally fucking retarded and illogical. I mean I definitely recognize it in myself, so why not in others? There's nobody here to offend anyway so I can rant all I want.
Well, empathize, not necessarily sympathize. A lot of people don't realize there's a difference between the two.
If someone is going on about how their need for a cigarette is the be-all, end-all of the universe, I can resent their unnecessary and exaggerated complaints and sense of self-importance.
But at the same time, I get where they're coming from.
You can empathize with someone and also tell them to STFU at the same time. -

2018-12-07 at 4:59 AM UTC in white woman arrested for forcibly cutting students hair [VIDEO IN LINK]We need to put an end to non-consensual haircuts.
I don't recall ever consenting to bowl cuts when I was a kid, yet it still happened.

Originally posted by GGG I've felt like this before and looking back? Kind of amazing how a drug can control your mind like that. I've made it a point since then to never do one thing for too long of a time.
Yeap, drugs/addiction are powerful forces. Hence why I said above that I sympathize with addicts of all varieties, even cigarettes, for which I have never felt any compulsion for.
I always just figure that, if someone is addicted to something, even if it's something I could never see myself being into, it's probably the same feeling as I had with opiates.
Originally posted by GGG Mainly it's because I'm in a different period in my life. I quit a good job and crossed something off my bucket list, so I'm kind of in a transitional period where I need to be conscious and able to actually do shit and improve again instead of just coast along with my good comfortable job.
Yeah it's those transitional periods in life that can be especially hazardous / conducive to addition. I'm in a similar situation, working at a job that I never would have imagined myself having, and I telecommute and everything, so I find myself doing more and more drugs and drinking earlier and earlier in the day.
I have to keep myself in check. -

Originally posted by GGG There's a big difference from women who dress up and look nice and those who just dress like sluts. I think honestly dressing yourself in skimpy clothing is 9/10 a cry for attention. Which isn't a bad thing, just a very visible thing.
Oh for sure, don't get me wrong here, your overall premise is one I agree with: "Women who dress like sluts then act like men are pigs" are hypocrites to the max. -

Originally posted by DietPiano Opioids- I've done enough research. I think about them more than anything else though. I felt like benzos always took away from Heroin when I was on it. I wonder what it would be like with an otherwise clear conscience. I won't do them. I don't know if I would go back to H or not, but I don't want to take that risk.
You and I see eye to eye when it comes to a lot of the drugs you mentioned.
But I especially wanted to refer to opioids...
Opioids are too good.
I have been opiate/opioid free for four years now, and will continue along the same trajectory for as long as I live.
It's because once you're hooked on opiates, if you're an opiate-type and not a stimulant-type, at least (lol, like we're drug Pokemon or something), there's no turning back.
I know so few people that actually kicked an opiate addiction.
I ended up in the psych ward while I was getting clean because I legitimately felt that life without opiates was meaningless.
So, anybody considering opiates, I'm not here to tell you what to do with your own choices, but really, really imagine what life can be like if you are OBSESSED with one, and only one, thing.
Happiness and opiates become one and the same.
That's not a good thing. -

2018-12-07 at 4:07 AM UTC in Recreational eatingI lost 100 lbs by going full OCD mode. I think I may have been one of those rare male anorexics.
I made it a game to see how few calories I could consume in a day. And then I would try to beat that record the following day. -

Originally posted by GGG If women want to dress slutty that's their prerogative. I don't dress slutty because I don't want to be gawkwed at. It's an uncomfortable feeling being stared at everywhere you go and I can't fathom why anyone would want that kind of attention. I mean women already get attention just for having tits, why the fuck would you wanna add onto that?
There's definitely a degree of hypocrisy and straight up ignorance a lot of women have when they dress provocatively. There's no disagreement from me there. -

The cuul thing about vapes is if you get pulled over and the cop your meth vape, he's not gonna take it. He's just gonna call you a faggot.
Actually that kinda part of why I spent $100 on a vape. I knew I could use it for more than just nicotine juice or w/e. -

Originally posted by GGG Listen gadzooks, if a woman is wearing a bikini it is a man's right to rape her. Says so in the bible. Judges 21:10-24
Lol. That's just a silly book written thousands of years ago.
Originally posted by Ughhu Sounds like the beaches are pretty rapey wherever your from
And at the end of the day, people are rarely raped on beaches, or in parks, or even in back-alleys.
Rape generally happens in the confines of one's own home by someone they know well and trust (ironically).
Originally posted by HTS If more people are going to stare at you, more people are going to want to rape you. 😯
Well, yeah, but you could say the same thing about a lot of different scenarios.
Being more likely to be victimized isn't the same as saying said victimization should beexpectedwelcomed.
Originally posted by HTS Women should dress modestly.
I actually do kind of agree with this. There is a distinct lack of modesty in women's attire these days.
Originally posted by HTS This is why we need Islam.
But this is taking it way too far.
Originally posted by Zanick All women are pigs in the first place, dressing up sluttily and making us aroused is a sort of cosmic irony, men are slaves to dick perception
They definitely shouldn't be surprised when men are aroused. That much I thoroughly agree with.
