I think it actually helps demonstrate the point I was starting to make...
I mean, such a question would, in the vast majority of cases, constitute the sexual harassment itself.
BUT, there are so many cases when that actually wouldn't be the case.
It really does seem like it's a thin line between sexual harassment and acceptable flirting and/or foreplay.

And that subjectiveness just seems like a fertile breeding ground for cases where the woman just didn't consider the guy appealing enough to let it slide.

I'm starting to think, more and more with each passing day, that so-called "sexual harassment", in many cases (NOT ALL, before anyone jumps out here about legitimate sexual harassment... I've actually seen it, it's definitely a thing), comes down to simply how unattractive and/or socially awkward the "assailant" is.
I certainly hope I'm wrong about that, but it's just becoming almost self-evident after having seen it SO. MANY. TIMES. And not even just to me.

Actually, I've experienced this from two opposing angles...
When I'm sober, I'm like Dustin Hoffman in Rain Man. Add to that fluctuating weight over the years, and I have had periods where women see me as some kind of vampire from beyond the dead here to consume their flesh and blood, and then some (peak physical fitness levels + just drunk enough to get that liquid courage and silver tongue) moments where it's like I just have to walk in a room and I can straight away can tell women see me totally and completely differently. And I have had dozens of one-night stands that corroborate this phenomenon.
It's nearly enough to drive someone into utter madness.
Because even when I'm on the inside looking out, I can't help but feel for my (so-called) "incel" brethren. -

I was a full-fledged heroin addict a few years ago... Like, daily (IV) use, literally nothing and nobody else mattered except getting that next fix.
It was the farthest thing from easy, but I managed to escape all that and leave it behind (it's sometimes surreal to me when I even contemplate how deeply fucked I was at that point in my life).
Seriously, pretty much everything that's occurred in my life since that point has been uphill. Even after having fallen back a few steps in other ways (I actually ended up homeless after I got clean... among other things that were definitely examples of fucking up in some way)... BUT, the general trajectory has been upwards ever since.
And just like you say... When you have experience to draw upon for past successes, you gain a serious strategic and motivational advantage.
Learning from our mistakes is one of the biggest determinants of character growth and strength building. -

Philosophical conundrums such as that of qualia limit our ability to draw this-vs-that conclusions about colors (if brought up nominally). Now, light vibrations that match nominal affixations can allow for firm footing for building any kind of convincing syllogism. Since crimson is blood's color, it could go that it is worth high appraisal, as it would carry macro-historical footholding to to us hominids. If scholars want artistic conclusions, such strong claims would not satisfy.
And also, no thesaurus... because that would have kinda killed the whole challenge. -

The philosophical problem of qualia kinda precludes drawing any comparative conclusions regarding different colors, at least when referred to by name. Now, the exact light wavelength associated with each color label can offer some better footing for building any kind of empirical case in either direction. Since "red" is the color of blood, it could be argued that it is "better", since it would have likely had more evolutionary significance to us as a species. If we want to argue aesthetic value, we will not being able to make much of a case for either color, since it truly is a subjective question at it's very core. -

Start with free-tier.
I use a bunch of these for a bunch of different uses, much of it about using a sandboxed development environment.
But there might be a bit of a learning curve for deploying an instance (although it's not too bad, I could walk you through it), and perhaps a more substantial learning curve regarding effectively interacting with said instance remotely.
Alternatively, you could create a virtual machine on your own machine using Oracle VM or something like that. -
