On LSD microdosing? There are studies but imo it's two totally different experiences. Depends on what you want really. For me LSD is less therapeutic but better for all day energy and contentedness. Only tried microdosing 4acodmt fumurate, not mushrooms, but its all psilocin in the end so.

You could grind down the mushroom and mix it with lemon juice for about 15-17 minutes which should be enough time for the psilocybin to be broken down into psilocin. You can then remove gunk and drink the lemon juice.
Some people say you should drink the gunk too but its hard to notice a difference because you go from 1 to 10 pretty fast this way as the good stuff is ready for direct absorption thanks to the lemon juice.

50mg seems small but i guess it depends on potency really. I say skip the mix and just get the raw shrooms and make your own capsules. Cheaper but also easier to play around and experiment with till you find a good dose for you.

I've read methane is something like 80x worse than carbon for trapping heat … and there's massive stores of methane trapped in the permafrost. Now that the permafrost is melting, these stores will continue to be released, causing an exponential increase in temperatures, causing more melting and more release, etc.
Methane, I've heard, also breaks down fairly quickly. It has an atmospheric half-life under a decade. Not to say that permafrost methane sinks don't pose a threat, but any threat they pose will thankfully solve itself in (relatively) short order.
