2020-07-08 at 4:50 AM UTC in Space Niggas who don't live with their motherElectric bills in my small ass city are absurd, summer ranges $275-350(I've seen 500+ a few times) for a small 3 bedroom brick structure w/ 2 people(house has modern windows insulation etc.), meanwhile my rental properties have 7 full time tenants in duplexes outside the city limits & rarely breaks 400$ for all, go figure. The city here sublets it utilities from another company so essentially a middle man taxing us for the hand off lol.
