You say that but I'm not sure reasonable unbiased people are going to be convinced. Looking at google I don't see a single usage that isn't in the context of "let's all have more guns". Sure you can say "oh, that's just how everyone else uses it, just not me" which like, ok, but that's like say "I'm pro-life and pro-abortion, by pro-life I just mean I don't want adults to die lol". Like sure, if you strip all context from the term "pro-life" that works but it's a complete failure as a communicative strategy.
Also, to qualify anything that incites fear while at the same time pushing a political agenda seems like too low of a threshold. I've always thought fear mongering was blowing something out of proportion to cause unnecessary or unrealistic fear. Simply stating a fact is not fear mongering.
Well I'm not sure what the appropriate level of terror to live in is with respect to home intrusion, but I'm pretty suspect who's trying to increase the general level of fear of this phenomenon whilst claiming it's in the public's best interest.

My 2 cents; the cops are enemies of the people. They functionally do not give a shit about you or your situation. They do not find a shit about protecting and serving. Their job is to maintain order and rule of law, at all costs.
None of that is actually a bad thing. But cops are painted as "the good guys", as if they're the Avengers Vs the evil crack dealer Loki's minions. They're not true. So fuck the cops. Do your job, pig. You are not a hero. This is your job. Do your job, pig.

Good decisions Lanny. Not long after I began to post on your site I picked up a habit of only posting threads in SG, thinking that it was the only way they would really be noticed by such a shrunken community. More recently I haven't really been posting much content at all due to all of the inevitable shit posting and derailing of any and all threads. I really do enjoy the idea of a place where people have the freedom to say anything and debate everything, but a little organization would go a long way.
