general procedure is to lance it, squeeze it out and disinfect but IS is right, it's big enough that if you squeeze it and manage to rupture it internally it could get the infectious material in your muscle tissue or bloodstream and that would be bad news bears.
if you have health insurance see a doctor, they'll likely give you short term antibiotics and maybe a topical cream. if not, find a sterile needle or splinter probe or something.

Mopeds are cool as fuck. Nobody has them around here so when you see someone on one you just have to smile and thank Jesus for the good things in life. A moped is like a Chromebook. Efficient, cheap, and can generally get you where you need to go.
