   Here it's 18 for long guns and 21 for handguns, but thanks to loopholes you can buy a handgun in a private sale if you're at least 18
   
   Most private sellers nowadays are wary of anyone without a cwp and even the lenient ones rarely sell to anyone under 21 because if the gun is used in a crime, the seller is the one that gets investigated
   
   And thanks to obummer they can prosecute for unlawful gun sales for just one sale without a FFL

    Once back in the day me and my friend were fiending for some opiates but only had 2 bucks so we were just waiting in this parking lot thinking of things we could do to get money. It didn't look like we were gonna get anywhere, so I said fuck it, let's buy a lottery ticket. We ended up winning more tickets, then like 10 bucks which we spent all on tickets, and then on our last one we won $50 and got some morphine.
