I guess I notice this "problem" about once a day, and if I check back after 20 or 30 minutes it's usually back to normal. I think it's pretty evident that this has been going on for everyone for quite some time now, and Lan Lan is fully aware of the issue, so this thread is rather a pointless exercise it seems to me. I think we should all just hang ourselves from our ceiling fans tbh.
I have faith that Lonnie will eventually come through for us.

I was so fucked up I couldnt even walk straight or operate anything with a screen so I just listened to the same 3 hour podcast until the sun came up. I would hear something interesting about Syria and then try to reverse back to the part of the podcast but then I already forgot why I'm reversing it so I let it go and I'm totally lost and remember "oh yeah, Syria" then forget 2 secs later and do this for like 8 hours.

I think most healthy adults think about suicide at least once a day, right? If you're old enough that you should've grown out of all these behaviors by now and you haven't, it's probably not normal. I know the feeling of impending disaster, just around the corner - it's called anxiety. It took me a long time to admit it, but I carry a lot of it with me throughout my day and usually in places it doesn't belong, where it effects me despite my better judgment. Lanny's right, you need a more effective way of looking at your past, and you'll need a new perspective on what you're doing right now to keep that going. Try seeing a therapist experienced in CBT, it's really helpful for me.
Cock and ball torture is really a great tool to keep a healthy mindset. -
