Cigarettes and alcohol are the worst for me. I've kind of accepted I'm going to have opiates and marijuana in my life for rest of it, hopefully in small doses only as needed. I smoked some cigs a week ago and it kicked my immune systems ass to the point where I had a horrible cold the last few days. I crave alcohol everyday and recently, crack and powder cocaine (powder cocaine is omnipresent but crack is new, I held a bunch of crack in my hand the other day and started sweating and now I can't get it out of my head). I've been feeling pretty depressed lately for no good reason, just basically wanting more than is available to me right now. I have a pretty dope gf thing and some friends who are alright I kinda distance myself from. When I feel bad I take shit out on people too. I think everything in my life is going to fall apart and I feel like a fraud. I dunno, I need a change of some sort.

Day 4 or 5 now and symotoms are almost gone. I was super weak yesterday due to almost no sleep or food. Sweating down significantly. Numb skin going away. No more hot/cold flashes.
I hate that fucking weed does this to me now. Going to stop distracting myself tomorrow.

i crossed into vietnam with some benzos on me. i was on a bus where i was the only white dude, some cambodian guy booked it for me. i'm pretty sure you can get life in prison/a death sentence if you get caught bringing drugs in and they really wanted to search the shit out of my bag because i was the only white guy and the bus driver kept yelling at me to get all my bags. anyways i wasn't nervous at all because of the benzos i took but while they were searching my bag i was just thinking like fuck, idk what's about to happen if they find it

On topic: Quitting my almost nightly weed habit of like 5 months.
I perma fucked my brain from syncans so now this comes with actual physical withdrawal, which I've tried so hard to rule out because withdrawal from weed sounds ridiculous, but idk what else to think. Its consistent and in line with what i experienced from syncan wd.
2nd night trying to sleep. I'm usually out by 12. It's now 2am. How do people sleep sober? I've barely eaten all day. Feel good about it though. The pain is cathartic. I know I won't sleep much tonight, but at least I know it can only get better from here. Withdrawal is one of the few times in your life where you feel progressively better everyday.

Well, this thread came at the right time. I have been titrating down off of tramadol, but I’m at the point where I’ll be done within the next week. I’m taking half a fifty daily, when I work, and I don’t take any on my day off. I think the opiate withdrawal will be easier than dealing with getting the SNRI out of my body. I find myself getting pissed of by the littlest things. I lost my cool on an innocent person, who didn’t deserve it, the other day. Afterwards I was so pissed at myself. It seems that I’m mostly experiencing hostility. I’m trying very hard to be aware of my level of anger.
I’ve been on tramadol for 2 1/2 years, ever since my botched surgery that left my back bone-on-bone. I had an abcess that ate away the disc in between the vertebrae.
I hope this gets better, I’m sure it will, I just have to get through this😡

I think now I have that liver diagnosis subliminally engrained, I WILL NOT fucking drink this weekend, not for a while. I have this very dull feeling in my side also.
