It fucked him up so bad he came to work and everyone was scared of him. He was babbling about how God spoke to him in the water and we were all going to hell if we didnt come to him. Hes go off on random tangents, and then get really quiet and not respond to us or any customers for an hour at a time, then burst out cackling from some joke in his head. Then later hed just be sitting, crying. Eventually I had to call his emergency contact and have his mom come get her 24 year old son. She took him to UCLA a couple days later, and they made the diagnosis. Apparently he came pretty close to having permanent brain damage bc when his kidneys started shutting down, his brain wasnt getting enough oxygen. They said if hed waited 2 or 3 more days he wouldve been dead. -

Nahhhhh my dude. Last week I got boars head jerk chicken deli meat, muenster cheese, lettuce, tomato, spicy indian pickles and wafter thin crispy red onion rings...slapped that on a fresh butter croissant from the bakery next to work.
Wayyyyyy better than shitty wheat bread.
I mean dont get me wrong...theres a time and a place for wheat bread. But a fresh croissant just kicks shit up a notch. -

My pee has been foamy for a long time. Joints and legs swell up a lot. Low energy, etc. Apparently its pretty common in long time heroin addicts.

I don't actually have any strong feelings about the gender thing, and keep it up solely to perpetuate the friendly air of hostility that this community of ours has been historically known for. L, on the other hand- the few times ive talked to her in Tc in the last year or so, she seems really sad, and i feel like she probably beats herself up a ton as it is.
