Yeah but buspar also increases DOPAC concentrations, much like antipsychotics, so technically increase in dopamine isn't always good
Does it increase monoamine oxidase as well then because to get from DA to DOPAC you gonna' need monoamine oxidase. -

Pic related, as tyrsosine hydroxylase adds an hydroxy group on the main carbon ring at the meta position to form levo-dopa.

ok. It's just 1mg etizolam and 1/2 a two liter bottle filled with seeds, I usually take 2/3 of a bottle worth. I think these seeds are just stronger than normal, because I don't nod like this when I mix etiz and methadone. I hate nodding.

What I want to know is, how unsafe is it to take etizolam with actual opiates? I hardly ever nod when I just take seeds, but when I take an etiz along with them, I can't hold my damn eyes open. Am I going to die if I keep doing this? It's so euphoric.

You're overlooking something. While etizolam on its own lasts for about three hours its metabolites can make the duration of the entire experience take up to 9 hours. Obviously the effect is dose dependent. -

this is just a guess, but maybe most of the words that have that vowel sound after the consonant 'c' were derived from french words. the french never made much sense to me.
