^ Sweet, I've never been there, but always wanted to go. I've done a decent deal of hiking and there's nothing better than to sit down by a fire after a long day's walk and just talk for hours because you're too tired to sleep*. Yo OP, I got the same issue. I reset the circuit a couple of times until I get the JS to download and then I can log in. I have no idea why under some IPs just the javascript comes back as 403 forbidden.
You can select for certain exit nodes in your torrc config file fam.
