People like to think of China as a source of cheap labor. While China’s cost of labor is relatively cheap compared to other developed nations, they are by far not the cheapest. Some people feel threatened by this. They feel like China is growing too large as an economy. While their economy is quite large, so is their population. Compare China’s GDP per capita to that of the United States and you will feel right at home.

You don't have to exercise much though. Just go for a walk or something. Anything is better than nothing. I personally am really into bodyweight exercises because I hate going to the gym and don't have the money/space for much equipment at home.
Took a while, but now I actually look forward to exercising.
I like to exercise more than I do eat well. I like to think I can eat crap because I like tasty things that aren’t good for you and then work it off, but perhaps that isn’t the case. -
