2023-03-07 at 6:30 PM UTC in Printer suggestions?I use a Brother printer. Best printer I’ve ever had. Not sure of the exact one, but it looks like this:

Whatever you choose, avoid ink jet. Cartridges are shit and dry out. You won’t have that issue with toner. -
2023-02-28 at 4:19 AM UTC in My mom passed awayMy mom passed away. Let’s say within the last month. As you may or may not recall, my stepdad passed away about four years ago. Both were unexpected and both hit hard.
The main things that make it easier are having an extraordinary outpouring of love and support and me staying busy by being the one who takes care of all the business. It’s the quiet moments that are the loudest.
I thankfully have zero regrets with her. We had a great relationship and we were talking up until the night before she passed.
Hug your loved ones and let them know you love them. Take the time to enjoy the moments. When it comes time to share the eulogy, don’t be afraid to share the stories that made you laugh. -

2022-10-15 at 6:23 AM UTC in Going to watch the new Michael Myers tonightPretty standard Halloween flick, but spoilers as promised.
That’s about it. Standard gory slasher, so I would recommend if you’re into the genre and particularly the franchise. -
2022-10-14 at 10:05 PM UTC in Going to watch the new Michael Myers tonightI’m going to watch Halloween Ends tonight. Surprised Jamie Lee Curtis hasn’t done him in yet, but equally surprised Mike still has his strength after all these years. Will he finally die? We’ll see.
Not checking back in the thread until after I watch it so you fucks don’t spoil it for me.
I will 100% be posting spoilers in my next comment though. So if you see a spoiler tag from me, that’s what it is.
Happy Fall, y’all. -

2022-08-24 at 4:37 AM UTC in Gray hair at an early age
Originally posted by Bradley Hey bud, I don't have any grey hairs but I am 29 and look like Homer Simpson. I have about 13 hairs left on my head, I've taken to shaving my head regularly so that I don't look extremely old. I haven't in about two or three weeks and you can tell I'm really fucking bald. However, not being a ginormous faggot metrosexual has enabled me to accept that I look like a balding uncle and accepting that. I realized I could wear a hat or even get a tupee like my deadbeat father had when he met my mom (he was 36 when I was created) but I realized that both aren't for me. As soon as my head heals I'm gonna shave my head and then bic it with a razor down to the skin and just grow my beard out a little bit.
I began losing my hair at 19 when I went to a high stress environment (High-Medium Prison) which continued for the last ten years. I didn't realize I had what amounts to a huge bald spot on the back of my head and no one in my life told me that my hair was thinning really bad. That's when I started shaving my head. I don't like looking like a Nazi but it is what it is.
What I'm not going to do is be a little whiner and get upset about my genetics or get hair implants or a fuckin tupee or walk around with a baseball cap on or some other retarded shit. Let us know what you end up doing about your grey hair, btw a lot of women like Kafka have severe daddy issues and will find your greying hair really attractive and like that you are younger/closer to their age but have the apperaance of what they find sexually most attractive.
See my previous post.
Originally posted by Ajax I recently started letting my hair grow out longer. I’m actually going to a barber now whereas I spent the last 13 or so years giving myself a buzz cut. I have really thick and wavy hair, so I figured I would embrace it. I’ve been getting more compliments on the hair lately, gray hair and all. My only regret is not doing that sooner.

Originally posted by Kafka Sorry this is late. It’s frowned upon here for men not to dye their grey hair and I think it looks bad, or just reminds me of my pedo uncle. If you like it though you should keep it, if you want to dye it it doesn’t matter what people at work think. If you’re crazy you could slowly dye parts of it so some grey hair is showing, older men do that so people think they haven’t gone completely grey yet. It’s up to you.

Don’t forget your cover letter:To whom it may concern,
My name is Maciej Duraj and I am a Chico State journalism (news-ed bachelors) graduate with a passion in reporting, technology, and the Web. I am looking for positions in writing, reporting, public relations or online media. I have written various stories ranging from human interest to investigative reporting, however most of my career I focused on tech coverage and have professional experience since 2010. Some of the media and publications I contributed to includes Forbes as a contributor, Pluralsight, PC World/Macworld, Tech Times, Apple Magazine, TouchArcade and Appadvice.com.
I generally focus on emerging technology and applications. However, I also covered social networking, marketing, enterprise along with B2B computing, the IT sector, online education, and other topics. News and feature stories are my bread and butter, but have done previews, reviews of software and hardware like smartphones, interviews and event coverage, how-to guides, and more. From time to time I also write press releases about new iPhone apps as well as other topics, such as robotic innovation, for various PR firms.
I have extensive experience in a variety of writing styles including APA style, newsroom AP style, and am familiar with WordPress as well as basic HTML. I have experience in the traditional newsroom as well as the startup scene (I completed a writing internship at Palo Alto Weekly in spring ’10 and worked with various startups in-house). I am familiar with online content and SEO skills. I also have access to both Mac and Windows platforms and my computing skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Audacity, PowerPoint, video editing and digital-film production.
I was originally born in Poland and came to the U.S. when I was a 9. Most of my relatives are still in Poland and I often visit them. I speak and write Polish fluently and I know some German and Spanish. My grandmother is a retired librarian from Poland and when I was a young boy I went to visit her daily from a school across the street. This began my interest in the written word and coverage that gets to the bottom of an issue objectively. Libraries are constantly changing as information systems and programs are improving.
Ever since trying a journalism class in Pasadena City College I fell in love with the field of the written word and in my ability to present information from though to paper. Learning, exploring, and finding out about different cultures have always been fascinating to me and I think that comes from my multicultural background. I really enjoy the art of interviewing and sitting with someone to get their take on particular issues.
There are always ways to improve as a writer and I think writing is an art form. Depending on the story and subject there is also a style that fits the writing best. I enjoy writing feature stories a lot because they deal with an issue or subject in depth. I also enjoy writing about my experiences: whether it is travel, sports, or things I’ve accomplished.
We should always strive to look at things from various points of views. Journalists and writers have always been vital to society but this is especially true today in this fast-paced and changing landscape. However, I am a multimedia journalist and gay porn as well as art are my passions and things I am continuing to improve as skillsets. With today’s high-tech world, computer skills are also a must and multimedia is a vital part of our lives. I hope you will consider me for the position and I look forward to hearing back from you.
Sincerely, Maciej Duraj -
2022-06-29 at 6:31 AM UTC in ATTN: WariatMaciej Duraj aka Mike Latta aka Wariat. I still pity you, as I always have. But not like I pity someone who is helpless. Not because you are smart, conniving, and manipulative (thank god). Not because you are stupid and don’t know any better. Not because you are a one-trick-pony with no one left to impress. Not because you attempt (and fail) to hide all of your little digital breadcrumbs along the way (which still amuses me). Not because your malignant neuroprocessing craves not just dominance, not just destruction, but also to be destroyed without you even knowing it… like a worm, deep inside of yourself that you will never know about until your insides rot and spill out from within you in your shallow grave.
Not because you are empty. You are less than empty. You are negative pressure. Like a vacuum, but worse. Not only are you completely void and empty, but your existence manifests as being physically less than literally nothingness. Not only do you attempt to consume the lowest form of existential dread, but the absence of anything at all is bound by the laws of physics to push its way inside of you. Except that when it does… when you consume it… it does nothing for you. Because it is nothing. And you are still you. -

Yeah, it’s not that bad this time. Just a little headache and not a lot of energy.
Originally posted by Sophie I may have never worked in the C-suite, but office life in cyber security is chill as fuck. I do like putting on my nice clothes, walking through a gigantic multi million dollar office complex built by the company specifically. Chatting with the girls at reception, having lunch on the company card all day everyday. Having my boss pay for my car and gas. Man, good times.
I figured you’d be one of those people who refuse office culture and only accept remote work.
