   I'm not overly familiar with the mechanism of action that makes T-PAIN effective, but a lot of similar drugs can have that side effect and if it helps, you should know you aren't in any way experiencing something unusual. The good news is that T-PAIN has a very short half-life compared to other antidepressants, so if you're in a place to cease intake you should expect things downstairs to resume their functions after less than a day. If you aren't able to stop, I think you might benefit from timing your dose around activities like sex or heavy drinking.

   I agree with you there, but my response to OP, more clearly stated, is to maintain that there are particular circumstances and systems of moral justification under which most rational people could view cannibalism as acceptable.

   I drink a half a glass of vodka nightly, far too much given that I'm also on lithium. My liver is probably tallying the days until it's relieved of my toxic body. I wake up with bad headaches but they usually go away after a glass of coffee. Aside from that, I just can't make any late-night rides.

   This isn't an accurate summation of my point, although I try to encourage anybody who seeks clarity and brevity in a philosophical discussion. You say the moral justification is concerning who and why is eaten, but I think that any solution to this ethical problem would be resolute for whomever is eaten and for whatever reason. Cannibalism isn't wrong because of the who - perhaps only undesirable people are eaten, so I don't object to it on these ground. Perhaps it occurs between an eager adult and a consenting deceased, in which case it may not be valid to object on these grounds either. I think what we're finding is that cannibalism cannot be objected to on all counts from the utilitarian position. I think we need to look at other systems of moral justification for OP to consider.

    Invest in yourself, work out and get some muscle. Fight all day, every day. When your hands are idle, flip open your phone and go through the numbers thinking, "Where is my next fight that I have to fight?" Then find it and call that number. Talk to a therapist about it, listen to their advice and make meaningful strides towards a healthy and whole you. If they recommend a psychiatrist, see them and take the pills as prescribed while abstaining from other intoxicants outside of moderate use. Talk to your closest loved ones and tell them how you feel, because they will be on your side and you'll feel better for having trusted them. Reach out to your boss and the HR at your work, because they want to see you succeed and will address it seriously. Keep fighting, no matter what any ignoramus has to say about it.

    Most animals actually don't eat their own. There is type of revulsion that can't be explained. The act of eating human flesh itself doesn't necessarily scream 'amoral' but when you talk about how the flesh might be procured is when our typical philosophical objections might be incurred.

    When I was more active in yoga and meditation I was able to reliably produce an out-of-body sensation, at first with relaxed concentration and eventually occurring at random. It was pretty interesting, I wish I had practiced better control but I don't think it did anything much for me at the time.

    Obama's presidency is a great place to look if you want to realize just how limited the office is today. Like Lanny said, foreign policy is really the only place where he's free to call the shots, and even then he has to think hard about consequences both abroad and at home - this is part of why we've seen the rise of drone warfare, so that he doesn't always have to be held accountable for doing his job. That kind of paranoia is the result of the bunch of petty, rat-faced conservatives that overran Congress in the midterm election following his inauguration; when they slander him and block his every legislative motion, he becomes secretive and calculating. It's why he doubles down on military intelligence briefings and it's why Hillary hides her emails. Our Republicans are babies and our Democrats are bitches.
