2018-01-26 at 1:44 AM UTC in What's your favourite meatI don't eat meat. If I were going to eat any one meat, however, it would be human. The reason for this is that I can justify removing a predator from the top of the food chain more than any of the creatures it preys upon. But it would have to be organically sourced. I'm not about to eat urban people; they're probably riddled with airborne toxins and I want my meat to be relatively free of all that shit. I might like to eat a little girl from a farm, maybe 13 or 14 when her hips start to broaden and accumulate nice, succulent fat deposits.

2018-01-26 at 1:37 AM UTC in Are there any bands better than pink floyd?I think Radiohead is a very good band. Most of its members are more technically proficient musicians, judging by contrast to what I've heard of Floyd's, and they have a superior approach to experimenting creatively.

I see your posts and I know you have a broad array of interests and a penetrating curiosity. Surely, having an assessment to point out your strengths would be of use to you.

2018-01-24 at 10:22 PM UTC in Soylent, and other meal replacement solutionsI usually start drinking at 6, and I'll have one to two glasses of red wine throughout the evening. As I get close to bedtime, I smoke as much weed as I can.

Right now my diet consists of a bagel/some fruit in the morning, leftovers or some shitty frozen thing for lunch, and whatever during the night time. If I snack, it's on pickles or celery or a banana - something very light. It doesn't make me feel very good. I'd like to eat less meat and less sugar. Haven't worked out regularly in a while either. I tend to be most healthy during the warm months where I'm outside daily and eating lots of grilled veggies n shiet.
Yes! I wake up around 8 or 9 and have some espresso, then I take a nap for another hour or so if there's time. When I wake up, I mix a smoothie using the following ingredients:
30g hemp protein
24g pea protein (I sometimes double this)
15g psyllium husk
1 scoop of powdered greens
1 tbsp MCT oil
1 tsp maca powder
5g creatine monohydrate
I blend it with one cup of frozen berries and two cups of a milk substitute (usually a low-calorie almond milk). Usually, I'll throw in some extras like turmeric, matcha green tea, hemp oil, and stevia for taste.
As for exercise, I recently got a Fitbit and it's helped me attain a moderate level of activity throughout the day. I don't work out much, however. -

It's hard to articulate to people how this is an issue. I've had Ensure and shit like that, and it baffles even the people close to me who don't understand why I can't just eat like them. But being that I'm a vegetarian, I've gotten an earful for years about my choices of foods for a while, and I've learned that 95% of the bullshit that people tell each other about diet is just that. -

Originally posted by Captain Falcon Zanick, make sure you eat fiber supplements. I did 100% soylent for a bit and that was the most important part, you have to take good shits otherwise you start slowly feeling awful.
I get a lot of fiber from psyllium husk and from frozen fruit, but it was definitely a process of trial and error for me also. -

I was struggling to prepare meals during a depressive episode. Meanwhile, I was gaining weight from the meds I was taking, which weren't really helping so much as making me hungry after 10 PM on a consistent basis. I couldn't just change my diet: I had to find a new way to eat, and it had to be simple. I tried Soylent, but it was getting expensive so I figured out what I needed to make my own and made a few adjustments to my preference. Now it takes me about 10 minutes to prepare enough 'food' for the whole day, I'm getting enough calories to sustain me and promote weight loss. -

I feel great! I do understand why it seems unhealthy at a glance, but I've carefully accounted for the macronutrients I need, along with most of the micronutrients. There are a few ingredients I'd like to add that I don't have yet, like a more bioavailable potassium supplement, a cheaper source of choline, etc. but for the most part, all of my dietary needs are satisfied with just these smoothies. -

Any gasiness either?
Hemp has plenty of fiber, but I also supplement with psyllium husk. I eat figs whenever I have a sweet tooth, so no problems there. My digestive health seems to be optimal. -
2018-01-24 at 9:16 PM UTC in Soylent, and other meal replacement solutionsI've found that I can use pea protein and roughly 1/2 the hemp protein I was using before to cut costs considerably while still getting all the necessary amino acids.
