   Yeah, I generally agree that there are a number of conditions to be met before legalization across the board can be undertaken with minimal harm, but do you think that prohibition is sustainable?

    You really had to be well-off to play any of these games. My parents weren't wealthy by any means, but if either of them hadn't graduated college I would've been pretty much disqualified.

    I used to frequent my local Games Workshop as a teenager. I was the resident lore nerd for all of our Lord of the Rings players, and I was actually a very good player. I won a few local tournaments, but I never thought I was good enough to go to a national convention. I also dabbled in 40k, but I didn't keep up with the new editions and sold off my army.

    I usually get those dreams when I quit drinking alcohol but the last several week I really haven't been drinking to that point since I've been pretty busy.
    
    most of my nightmares are either about my brother being upset or tigers/cats trying to kill me.

    
    Leaving your family at such a young age is hard, and as far as scapegoating goes, I've been there, too. Younger siblings are generally less understanding of this problem. Have you thought about trying to reconnect with him, or is that out of the question?
