   No sleep. Pray for me. I went to the place the Ash tree was in my dream and there is something there that I've taken for granted and would probably lose my shit over if I lost it. I guess that's my ash tree.

    Palpitations again. Idk if it's the monster addiction catching up or broken heart syndrome, if it's the latter I can see myself being dead within the year. One of my dad's last warnings to me was to stop drinking it.
