I think with misdemeanor warrants they have to put them in some national system to show up but they're not obligated to. Or that was what I heard or read at the time. Maybe it changed.
But I see more cops using them in little speed trap towns I guess with nothing better to fuck with anybody for. -

if you owned even a 500k assest value then thats 1600 plus a month for property tax. if its a condo and ad another 1000 HOA fee (which is about average) you're looking at 2600 dollars on top of your mortgage which is another 2800 a month?
now that's about 5200 a month for owning a home or 10k a month if its closer to a million. who the fuck can afford this? Chinese and Arabs that's who. and they're pouring in.
so it's actually cheaper to live in the state of Cali than other states right now. Only Inner City in Cali are shitted up. the wooded towns are amazing and low crime rate and good life style. you can go to the beach if you drive a few hours west or go and play in the fucking snow in your backyard certain times of the year.
So I ask, Is Chicago a good place to live?
I'm pretty sure the police there are actively trying to get them to kill each other, and probably doing it themselves sometimes if they're slacking off to get them going again. So the murders aren't a bad thing necessarily if gentrification is what you seek.
I wouldn't really want to live in the Midwest though. I just don't like the idea of it. -
