Anyway, wikipedia is dank. Editor culture is kinda weird, like I think that's what "library people" evolved into. They're not particularly offensive, just kinda autistic and... weird. But they do their thing and it facilitates the world's best encyclopedia which turns out to be a super important kind of thing, so go wiki editors I guess.

So what's the reasonable interpretation of throwing someone out of a car on a freeway while allegedly intoxicated or dealing with drug addiction? If a drunk person drives and gets into a collision they may have had a diminished capacity to drive and couldn't have avoided it since they were drunk, but they're still responsible for putting themselves in that situation in the first place.
