Been successfully cutting my Crouton intake at least by half. It has a definite ceiling dose and taking more than like a teapoon at a time is pretty pointless and a waste of money. I was taking heaping tablespoons at a time and spending more and more on it. With tramadol I've cut it to like maybe no more than 10 grams a day maybe. 2-3 dollars a day for tramadol which is 1 dollar a pill shipping included, although I can get 200mg ER pills for like half the price.
Might do that actually and take one a day since tramdol absorbs better taking small amounts over time. Or might stop taking it but I think the serotonin effects are mildy helpfiul for my migraines or else placebo. Naratriptan may have worked slightly but concerned about giving myself serontin syndrome, but unlikely since im not a Zanick tier catbutt.
