Imo the only legal issue should be based on whether or not you can use a urinal. If you can, men's bathroom. If not, women's. If you're someone that has a vagina, no tits, and a beard, use the fucking men's. Common sense. Why would you push to make people uncomfortable for your 'rights'?
Otherwise, only sex change should legally change your sex. Which matters absolutely zero (like gay marriage cough) so people should be able to have that to make them happy.

Marriage is a legal issue, yes, but why should it be? Gay people had the same rights as anybody else, just get a civil union on and you're good.
