ive never eaten one but from what i heard the small ones taste good, the big ones are disgusting, and they all taste better if theyve been live-caught then held in captivity while being fed 'real' food for awhile to get the shit-flavoring out of the meat.

ive had tea made by westerners...redneck iced tea...and people several asian countries, including mainland chinese. there is no difference other than flavor. as in...none is better or worse...only different. one difference between all teas ive had...to make a long story short...i have noticed is a particular indigenous-chinese tea had a flying-fuckton of caffeine and/or some other high-order stimulant in it. after drinking about the equivalent of about 16oz to 20oz i felt similar effects to taking a stimulant...like about 400mg of caffeine.
spicy food (mexican...indian...jamaican...haitian) was invented to intentionally be made spicy due to the meat having dubious expiration dates. the spices are intended to camouflage...or even downright conceal...the taste of rotten/rotting meat or other ingredients.
