What is it called when
In other words, how can I go through html/javascript and determine what the exact request(with all parameters) would be for submitting different forms?

Your current phone?
I personally wouldn't pay more than $200 for a phone unless it had something that I really wanted/needed. Most of the phones that are brand new have more power than most apps even need. I also wouldn't buy a phone that's a complete piece of shit since right now $40-$50 can get a person a decent cheap burner that's rootable. Unless I only needed the phone for verifying accounts, job references, etc.
You're going to trap the sound in the box? Why?
Dell Inspiron 17.3" sometime 2017
Intel Core i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz × 8
500GB hd drive
16 GB RAM
$950 for most, free for me.

single board computers
I have one of rPiZero hook up to a camera that I have pointed at my front doorstep. It automatically connects to my phone when I create a hotspot on my phone. I then have an Android app that I can open that displays live video stream from my front doorstep. I also have an indicator on all of my PCs so that I can view this video stream of my front doorstep.
I have some future plans.

What is it called when
So its called parsing?
I'm just looking for a library that can do this for me. Basically take HTML and determine the exact HTTP request.

What is it called when
So let's say a browser sends a GET request(we'll say / for simplicity), it then receives a HTML document as a response. Within that document is a form that, when submitted, will send a POST request with multiple parameters that are either hidden or in textfeilds(all in the form). How does the browser take the raw HTML and know how to form the correct POST request?

What is it called when
What is it called when code goes through html and sets up what a request to a server should be?
For instance, if I click a Submit button that sends a POST request using several text feilds as parameters in the request, what is the type of code in a browser that determines the full request, called?
Is it parsing?

School shooting solution.
Its not guns that kill, its bullets.
I assume every call is a prank call and it makes my days better.
No joke though, when I worked in retail, I use to troll customers that would call the store. I'd say "Speaka Espanol...ehhh" and then hang up on them. I use to go through all of the flashing red lights on the phone, answer each one by one, wait five seconds and then hang up.

School shooting solution.
So after reading through the thread, and combinding ideas, I've come up with the best solution.
Build a giant wall around the school. Full body armour for all students. Take away all guns from all citizens. Kill everyone that is different and does not fit in.
When this happens, there will be no more school shootings.

School shooting solution.
Lock up those that are bullied and those that don't fit in. Lock up and kill them. Then they won't snap after decades of pestering and social torment.
