before something athletically intense i usually eat a half pound (dry) of spaghetti. if im online and not paying attention to what im doing i eat an entire pot of spaghetti or some sort of rice-mix or whatever ive cooked.

Kind of joking about the plate carrier but serious about the gun. Unless you want to walk around with a man bag which is just a little too faggoty for my tastes. Before I would carry anything anywhere and was never self conscious about it.
they fit-ish. depending on what im doing. if im doing something requiring some athletic motions, ill wear baggier than normal clothes. i went canoeing not too long ago and even though it was almost 100 degrees out i wore a thick-ish long sleeved shirt for protection from overhanging branches and other assorted river shit. generally i prefer larger-than-usual pants because im always doing shit that requires flexibility. i used to always wear jeans but theyd always rip in the crotch from me doing excessively strenuous activities. either that...or my dick is too big.
regardless of what im wearing it doesnt seem to have any effect on me picking up chicks i dont know. several times anonymous chicks have honked at me when im running, but the only chicks that were strangers who have ever directly hit on me are negresses.
when i want to carry a handgun, which isnt very often, i wear a baggy-ish shirt and have it in my waistband being held in place by my underwear and...not joking...my dick/balls. my chest sticks out further than my stomach so the pistol doesnt print. i carry my phone in a fairly large case and if its visible it always incites people to ask questions about it. at the gunshows people are always asking what kind of gun i have in it. thats why i keep it in my thigh pocket, hidden-ish. sometimes i carry my 'shit' in a maxpedition pack on a belt...and i could care less what people think.

a few months ago i had a discussion with the supervisor of someone who was building something that was way below what would be considered structurally sound. i told him it was unacceptable, 'garbage', and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. yea...he wasnt happy about that. im fairly sure a puppy wound up getting kicked shortly after that discussion.
generally i avoid attacking the individual and focus on the reason they need disparaging words spoken in their general direction...unless they make personal attacks, which im more than happy to reply to. -

have you literally been cut-and-pasting previous posts ive made?
open a container of the most expensive isolated/concentrated whey protein that is available and smell it. then open an envelope of powdered milk and smell it. identical. then do the same about 8 years later...and they both look and smell the exact same. (yeap...ive done it. powdered milk lasts a long, long time...but apparently 8 years is too long)
i guarantee the human digestive tract doesnt know or care the difference between $2 an ounce whey protein and 10-cents an ounce powdered milk. for some fun reading...go do some internet searches on the origin of whey and how powdered milk is made and how the various types of whey are made. yea. marketing scam.
my protein drink consists of about 10oz 2% milk, about 15oz of rice drink, 2 eggs, an envelope of powdered milk, a few seconds squeeze of honey, some nesquick (for flavor...'cause that stuff tastes like ass. and yes, it has sugar, but its a helluva lot better than that toxin 'splenda' that is in everything. im stating for a fact: splenda is a toxin) and finally about an ounce or so of either coconut oil, canola oil, avacado oil, or flax oil. i have one at 9am or 10am and another at 3pm or 4pm
