With no phones and no pills, I can't even imagine how crazy they would get.

All the kids hooked on opiates would start freaking out, once they realized all the pharmacies were closed indefinitely.

I can just picture it. Millions of teenagers wandering around aimlessly with no working cell phone and no power to charge them. No social media, no communication, no nothing.

Just imagine how the zombies will act without their cell phones and laptops, suddenly thrust into the real world for years. It ain't gonna be pretty.

Never mind quantum gateways. The USA should be more worried about their electrical grid, because that's their Achilles heel. If any hostile nation gets a single EMP warhead through, that would cause massive fatalities, the entire banking system would shut down, no one would be able to do business. All phones would stop working. Life would come to a standstill, in the dark, with no end in sight. It takes 15+ years to build those generators, so power ain't gonna be coming back anytime soon after an EMP attack.

The bible says that if they were left to their own devices, they would destroy the entire planet and everyone on it. But that won't be permitted to happen, and their time will be cut short. Just as they get the capability to destroy the entire planet, it will be game over for all of them. The aliens won't allow them to have that kind of power in their hands.

I don't think pussyfooting is the answer at all. Best approach is the direct approach. You just meet him out in the parking lot one day after work and lay it on the line and tell him if he keeps opening his yap you're going to close it for him. Maybe grab him by the throat, just to prove the point. Take it from there.

I've been fighting since I was 12 years old. I used to take on three or four kids at the same time and come out with a draw. They used to gang up on me because I refused to stand for the national anthem, not wanting to take any part in politics or nationality. Many of my fellow students wanted to beat the shit out of me and used to wait at the exit doors after the bell to try and beat me up. I beat up this big French kid once who was three times bigger than me, and everyone gathered around was amazed when he fell like a tree on the last punch. Didn't stop them from keeping on trying, though. I also went to a French school as the only English there ("English pea soup", they used to call me) and was in fights with the French almost daily. Growing up like that, I learned to take no shit from anyone out on the street.

Why you gotta look so tough?", and strictly on instinct alone I sent a haymaker across and nailed him right in the head and knocked him halfway down (he was a big one), then he picked up a bottle off the ground and threw it at my head and missed my temple by an eighth of an inch, so close that I could feel the breeze go by. Then he came running at me and I stepped aside and gave him two more shots straight to the head as I did so, and he went down. Then he jumped up and we ended up in the middle of the road stopping traffic, and he took several swings but missed, and I got another couple in, which closed up one of his eyes or something and he started groping around with his arm out in the middle of the road, so I started to head home, but at the next block I looked back and he was following, then he yelled out he was going to follow me home and find out where I lived and kill me some day, so I ran over to him and sailed through the air and planted a knee right in his solar plexus on the way down. He crumpled, and I gave him another shot in the head, but he still kept coming at me, so I backed off and managed to get around a corner ahead of him and slipped behind a house and he came staggering by but didn't see me, and then I backtracked and went home. Never saw him again after that.

[Edit] Went back the next night and he wasn't there.

WD-40's formula is a trade secret, and has not changed over the years, according to historian Iris Engstrand. To avoid disclosing its composition, the product was not patented in 1953, and the window of opportunity for patenting it has long since closed. WD-40's main ingredients as supplied in aerosol cans, according to US Material Safety Data Sheet information, are:

50% "aliphatic hydrocarbons". The manufacturer's website claims this ratio in the current formulation cannot accurately be described as Stoddard solvent, a similar mixture of hydrocarbons.

Hydrocarbon poisoning such as that of benzene and petroleum usually occurs accidentally by inhalation or ingestion of these cytotoxic chemical compounds. Intravenous or subcutaneous injection of petroleum compounds with intent of suicide or abuse is an extraordinary event that can result in local damage or systemic toxicity such as tissue necrosis, abscess formation, respiratory system failure and partial damage to the kidneys, the brain and the nervous system. Moaddab and Eskandarlou report a case of chest wall necrosis and empyema resulting from attempting suicide by injection of petroleum into the pleural cavity.

so to state myself more clearly: the extra dimensions if string theory if correct are compactified into impossibly small areas of space, and since our perceptions alter the dimensions that we know of as demonstrated by observer effect, and all the dimensions are interlinked as the structure of empty space. it means that our thoughts and actions are causing extradimensional consequences that impact the dimensions we perceive. there are entire realms of information we are unable to access and a god that controls everything would be operating in all dimensions, which we can only observe a depthless view of due to human limitation

    All absolutely correct.

Self-Pardons: The President Can't Pardon Himself, So Why Do People Think He Can?
By Philip Bobbitt Wednesday, June 20, 2018, 2:53 PM

There appears to be some confusion surrounding the question of whether a president can pardon himself. There are many judgments to be drawn from the familiar forms of legal argument—history, text, structure, prudence, doctrine and ethos—all of which cohere around the conclusion that such a pardon is not constitutionally permissible, a conclusion also reached by the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC).
These arguments are discussed in more detail in “Impeachment: A Handbook,” by Charles L. Black, Jr. and Philip Bobbitt, forthcoming from Yale Press

Yeah.. that's pretty cute. But I do my homework, sooo..

"As a liberal Democrat, Professor Black had no sympathy for Nixon politically. But in letters to newspapers, he argued against forcing Nixon to surrender tape.."

    https://www.nytimes.com/2001/05/08/nyregion/charles-l-black-jr-85-constitutional-law-expert-who-wrote-on-impeachment-dies.html

"Yet it is striking that, despite being a Democrat, Philip Bobbitt so often echoes the arguments made by John McCain on foreign policy.."

    https://www.nytimes.com/2008/04/13/books/review/Ferguson-t.html

Sure is some "unbiased" references you have there.
