Last time she drove me home we went to a 24 hr spray wash to power wash her sisters puke off the car, n then on the way home I had to make her pull over so I could yak up the 7 shots of tequila, 2 vodka tonics n 2 pints I drank.lol.

If you ask me dumbells are the fastest way to gain strength bench pressing. When I could do 405 I would only do one set on a bar in the gym. I don’t do curls that much but when I do I use the 45s and I do chin-ups. I have had really bad injuries that fucked me up permanently though. My goal right now is to lose fat and start sparring. I’m 180 with my shoes off. But if you can do 20 reps with 70lb dumbbells you should be able to bench about 315 on a bar.
Yeah I for sure can't do 70s. 50 on each one has my arms wobbling. My rotator cuffs are fuuuuuucked. -
