I’ve been losing fat but gaining muscle.. weighed myself yesterday I’m at 235ish still but with noticeably less belly fat
Trying to achieve 250ish but not much visible fat.
Being 6’6” makes it that I have to eat soooo much I’ve been buying bulk meat/burger/pork steaks/chicken
Much more expensive but man do I feel better and hardly ever sluggish anymore
I need to hit weights bad.
I eat fucktons of protein now, and i still lose weight. too bad ur not in LA. I need a training buddy. -
