A drive by shooting is literally a mass murder though (depending on how many people die). Im saying the distinction is kind of pointless. This is like the convo we had about hate crimes. Its meant to be a deterrent, but whether you shoot someone in the head bc you want their wallet and dont think their life is worth anything, or you call them a chink and THEN shoot them in the head, in both scenarios the person is just as dead with an equal amount of suffering beforehand. -

The FBI keeps statistics on crime. And the fact that certain crimes are more sensationalized than others- doesnt change the facts.
