I think the Iranians were right and the plane did initially suffer engine failure. This forced the plane to turn around and try to emergency-land, but for whatever reason they weren't able to communicate with the tower so the SAM complex operators assumed it'd been hijacked.
The U-turn back toward the airport has been confirmed via flight records and the U-turn happened after their last transmission (they did not or could not report to the tower), so it's likely that whatever failure the plane suffered caused issues with its communications systems.
The timing is highly suspicious but unless evidence comes out that the plane was hijacked or sabotaged, it seems like an unfortunate cascade of events at the worst possible time.

have you ever heard of the technique where you grind all the meat in the same direction for the patty so it's basically like a bunch of meat strands standing up instead of all mixed together and interlocking or mushed
