I'm in favor of high taxes in exchange for high social gain. I'm a full out socialist in the actual use of the word. Bernie Sanders is only a democratic socialist and not extreme enough for me. So if the taxes on drugs can't pay for it, everyone else will, yes. Some minor fees can cover licensing and education costs. -

I hope marijuana legalization will change things a bit. They make a lot selling coke, meth, and heroin, but weed is still a big income generator for the cartel. They're still working on implementing it tho. No stores quite yet. But soon.
My family there is all excited about it. Not because they smoke, but because its one of the few things that might actually hurt the cartel, who honestly may just legitimize ala the italian mob in America after alcohol prohibition -

Yeah, it matters when its just rice, probably moreso than mixed in the pan... The rice doesn't have to be fried for it to be stir fry.

And all of us non-contrarians are obviously okay with being naked in the shower or in a closed off bedroom
But what if you walk around with the blinds drawn in the day? Windows open? At night? In your backyard with an 8ft fence? Perhaps on your large property in view of the street, but nowhere that anyone ever goes. Maybe your neighbor's camera catches you naked (lets say by honest accident) but they themselves can't see.
To what extent should you be responsible for hiding yourself?

Agree. The tax could pay for most of the revovery and education costs as well. It'd lead to safer drug use and a more educated populace. Plus a real education could mean less drug use overall. It works with sex ed, drunk driving, texting while driving, and drinking and smoking, which are all on the decline.
So why not drugs as well? I bet people would be less likely to take opiates if they knew about how it can cause fecal impact, or what the withdrawal actually feels like. People might do less amphetamines if they knew what psychosis could do to you, and they might be more careful about taking psychedelics if they heard some of the real effects of a bad trip.
Overall a more educated drug using population using quality and regulated drugs is a good thing. -

A lot of Mexicans equate using drugs to the violence and cartels, and choose not to have any part in it whatsoever. Except for weed. It's legal there anyway but even still you'll be dealing with cartel to get it. They just know most stoners aren't gonna be as desperate as users of 'harder' drugs. -

Rice is covered in starch that makes the grains stick together. Less starch = firmer, less sticky rice, which is what you want for stir fry. Get long grain rice.
And yeah thats a pretty basic asian sauce. Sesame, soy sauce, ginger, and red pepper?
That should be like, the start. No lemon juice, chilli paste, sugar, green onion, garlic? I hope it at least has salt and some veggies. How is it even korean lol. At least use some gochujang.
