   Rice is covered in starch that makes the grains stick together. Less starch = firmer, less sticky rice, which is what you want for stir fry. Get long grain rice.
   
   And yeah thats a pretty basic asian sauce. Sesame, soy sauce, ginger, and red pepper?
   
   That should be like, the start. No lemon juice, chilli paste, sugar, green onion, garlic? I hope it at least has salt and some veggies. How is it even korean lol. At least use some gochujang.

   Yeah we used all that too. HTS makes it I don't really pay attention to everything that goes in it I just cut the garlic and onion for her. I have all kinds of weird asian shit, is gochujang that red paste in a tub? I've used it before but it doesn't last us very long :)

   Yeah, it matters when its just rice, probably moreso than mixed in the pan... The rice doesn't have to be fried for it to be stir fry.
