   A lot of sites won't set a background color, actually on &T it's (or was, until now apparently) kind of pointless because you get the tiled background anyway. On AMOLED you should actually get a dark scrollbar.
   
   TBH I kind of like the change, but I can remove the BG color on &T if it hurts usability for some reason. Maybe the darker green would be a better fit?
