It's pretty funny and sad. Also it shows neighborhood photos Ithen lived near going back to before I was born in photos of him growing up in Berkeley and El Cerrito San Pablo area. I went to Highschool near him.

Let your insurance deal with the person who split. If your physical therapy cost you're health insurance say 50k your lawyer s ues for 150k ..it's a standard rule in most states
You get 1/3rd, lawyer gets 1/3rd and health insurance gets 1/3rd
You now are probably 50k richer. In about two years. I mean if you wake up tomorrow with a bad neck.
