I watched a show how in The USA that Sgt can'ts make physical contacts through basic training anymore. they used to beat down recruits. I'm sure it still happens but their is a written rule now
In Russia they showed how a Sgt (or equivalent) would punch a soldier in his kidneys with a two hand fist thrust (martial art type)
the fucking poor guy wobbles a few steps and fell on his face like he was dead. bruised his kidneys and they shut down and he went into shock.
they also like to haze by "pinning" shit into a soldiers chest and then this Sgt guy does that parkour shit on all of the recruits by running and then side runs onto the group of guys (Soldiers forming a human wall) but in a way that he's running sideways on a wall (We used to do a form of this in middle school) but on people and kicking them in their chest.. some of them fell and the wall of people broke (wish I could find and source that video-- maybe I'll look later for it).
but they would rinse and repeat to make the soldiers salty as fuck. -
