And maybe not visually, but in technicality.
This console will be built with VR in mind, so they'll package it with motion tracking (yay NSA can now see a body scan of me 24/7) for VR, it'll have ray-tracing capabilities, I read somewhere it's going to have an A.I. assistant.
Basically, we are now living in the world of .Hack and it's fucking awesome.
Back in 2007 when I was playing .Hack GU I wondered if that would become a reality so soon (The series takes place in 2016 - 2017) and around that time I was quite disappointed although we had VR it wasn't anywhere near what .Hack GU portrayed it to be, but it looks like just a few years later we will have that reality finally.
Like I said in my original post, I'm not going to get my hopes up on the visuals (I have already been disappointed since the 7th and 8th gens, that's 13 YEARS of disappointment) I expect the visuals to be something along the lines of this:
Which is still really impressive and with ray-tracing it will definitely be an obvious leap from the 8th, but tbh that still wouldn't be anywhere near the massive leap in graphics going from PS1 to PS2 and Xbox.
At this point I think the next major frontier for "next generation" gaming is to improve on the A.I. and mechanics of games.
I want GTA to feel more alive, when I shoot someone in the leg I want to watch them squirm around in agony while someone calls the police and then gives them a description of my appearance, but I shoot a bullet in their head and pick up the phone and talk into my microphone taunting the A.I. and it is able to understand what I'm saying and respond back .... it'll probably take two more generations before we have something like that. -

She looks to be no older than 18-20.
MKULTRA is still ongoing, just by different names, such as "Project Monarch".
She may very well have been a victim of such programs, but IMO it's more likely that she is dissociating and unable to perceive reality properly, so she read up on things like MKULTRA and figured she must have had something to do with it.
Idk, I'll watch more of her videos before I make a real statement.
One thing that she mentioned was being taken to a place called "Uncle Sam's Snuff Factory", I'll have to do some research into that. -

In here fatass mc douchebro mentions that some insider made mention that this will be the biggest leap in computational capacity in Playstation history and if that is true then shit my pants and buy me a new pair holy shit.
Going from the PS1 to playing GTA 3 on the PS2 in 2001 was the most mindblowing experience of my entire life, if this is anywhere near that level of progression than holy fucking shit Japanese titties.
I can't wait to play Grand Theft Auto VI and The Elder Scrolls VI on this, though I will hold back my reservations lest I be disappointed yet again.
The PS3 and PS4 were really disappointing, those two generations were when gaming started going downhill such as fewer games would be released, less original and groundbreaking titles (PS2 was a glorious time to be alive) and overall the consoles just felt like tiny incremental updates rather than true generational leaps. -
