This is just disinformation tactics or she just wants to act out the experiences of her elders like her mother or father and is living vicariously through their experiences.
She looks to be no older than 18-20.
MKULTRA is still ongoing, just by different names, such as "Project Monarch".
She may very well have been a victim of such programs, but IMO it's more likely that she is dissociating and unable to perceive reality properly, so she read up on things like MKULTRA and figured she must have had something to do with it.
Idk, I'll watch more of her videos before I make a real statement.
One thing that she mentioned was being taken to a place called "Uncle Sam's Snuff Factory", I'll have to do some research into that. -

Which is most likely truer than when the real days of MKU occured.
So she should do more research and find the operation/project name that relates and not apply a generic label. Those who believer her will eventually find holes in her story.
Those that didn't believe will give credence to something that truly existed yet give something like her to pull off the shelf as her giving complete false naratives.
She needs help either way.
