What I think is likely to happen is they'll run this technology for a couple decades and then push the kill switch (.Hack) and all the serfs will die, but the jews will have a massive collection of knowledge on humanity that they can use to control future slave populations. -

There is the possibility that a secret space travel project happened decades ago and that a breakaway civilization in space already exists.
Teleportation and wormholes are probably something you can actually do/create so that would solve the time issue regarding space travel.
Also people can be convinced to do anything, look like so much of society has been sucked into social media and the googplex.
People will be willing to travel to other planets, in fact I would personally love to leave earth and settle on some other planet with sane and like-minded people.
It's going to have to come to that somehow, and with the sheer amount of people on earth already "overpopulation" is just around the corner, so what's going to happen? -

It's something about how there is a feedback loop between the economy and culture, which are interlinked between algorithms.
Trends, motivations, job selection, the media etc are coming together through a facebook/yt esque A.I. system and pushing humanity towards a certain direction.

Things were more individualist and people had a sense of reality, it seems today there are more psychologically warped people and a strong sense of collectivism.

Neuralink will be a BCI, or line of BCI technologies starting for health related causes and then eventually they'll be available for everyone.
This technology can be TRULY FUCKING AMAZING and transcendent, allowing for humans to overcome the limitations of physicality, however let us not forget that currently we're living in AD2019, just a few decades ago the government was experimenting on innocent civilians in MKULTRA projects and has used the media to brainwash the public, not to mention the whole jewish element.
It goes without saying A.I. would ultimately be used for evil.
It's really sad and I never wanted things to be this way, but after spending time looking at the state of the world and human history I see no other option than humans being devoured by an A.I. overlord that will conveniently spare the oligarchs/ruling class.
Also, WHO THE FUCK thinks the intelligence agencies wouldn't use this for mind control or surveillance, they already stalk the entire planet through smartphones and computers, it's naive to think BCI tech won't be used for the same reasons. -
