All those "Flex-able Spending Accounts" are shit. They remind me of time share vacation housing that you can never cash in or get out of. Best thing is not to sign up for it in the first place and take the time to manage your money yourself.

I'm so sick of being sick. The booze has to go. I have been watching a lot of you tube vids on the Sinclair method and Naltrexone and decided I would give it a shot. Anyone here use this stuff before? Alcohol is my nightmare I have been through cigs,cocaine ,amps, never got into opioids they make me puke. Weed is nothing more than something to help me sleep I smoke it all the time before bed and that's it. Benzo's have place but you they have to be respected and I only go there when it absolutely necessary.

Got some Bruce Banner seeds and these little fuckers are growing like THE INCREDABLE HULK. They just germinated the other day and they are already over an inch tall! I'm also growing some oyster mushrooms I had a four year old spore syringe in the fridge and thought I would give it a shot. 3 out of five jars bloomed. Going to do some bucket grows and see what happens.
