Finally bought stalker soc
Best part of the game is when your have to raid a bandit outpost to get some documents and you find the vodka stash I always drink it all try to snipe them from the roof and survive the fall off the roof and fight my way drunken to safety.

Do a shot every time you find a vodka, two shots when you get to dark valley. You should try to get to dark valley tonight, its after the research institute though but I find this first "leg" of the game to be the longest with lots of cutscenes and bullshit.
Once you get to dark valley and have full bar access the game feels much more open because from there you can fuck off to army warehouse and start doing missions for freedom, much better weapons but you won't get ammo until after agroprom.
Get spark and battery artifacts those are the best for early game

With traffic, and consequently shitposting, on the up and developments in my personal life giving me less time to be involved with the site I've decided to appoint two moderators in order to keep the peace. They'll both be global moderators and have the final say on all ban decisions, having all the same privileges on the site as me (besides being able to appoint new moderators). I know censorship and moderation have been delicate subjects on the forums so to assuage fears I've decided to pick from opposite corners of the userbase as to avoid a situations where moderators gang up on a particular user. As such I'm appointing Sophie and -Spectral as our new global mods. I trust these two to be stewards of the site and generally improve the quality of content here to where it deserves to be.
Please welcome these two to their new moderator positions!

If you kill a person while drunk driving it's probably fair to say you couldn't have avoided it (you were drunk) but we still hold such a person responsible for putting themselves in the situation where they're drinking drunk. Likewise it maybe be difficult for women or people in general to lose weight but unless they have some sort of condition that makes their weight an inevitability it doesn't seem like we can just say "well it's hard to lose weight, no one to blame". I mean I'm not saying we should all abuse fat people at every turn but it does seem like we can at least hold them accountable for poor life decisions.

Question for those who speak English as a second language, or even as a first language: how do you think? What is the language of your inner mind? Particularly in languages with different ways of structuring sentences, do you think one way and then have to actively translate your thoughts when talking or writing in English? When you post here, do you first think your thoughts and then make an active attempt in posting in English, or does it just happen?
I know a little bit about Spanish, but I really only know English, which is why I ask.

Where you are is fine, but get some scary personal armor, doesn't matter if your bulletproof plate is manageable in its weight. Throw some spikes on it, eat some guy, put his head on spike, or ideally a spike codpiece with a fresh skull on it.
