Apparently the British who are working on Ukraines Crimea missile programme are targeting the Kommuna, Russia's 111 year old submarine tender/rescue ship. They claimed to have sunk it, but it appears to still be on the go. They obviously were solely interested in the headlines, since that ship is no threat to anyone apart from it's own crew.

Artillery shells are manufacture essentially the same as they've been since ww1, other than some have sophisticated guidance packages but regardless they're the
exact same as the russians yet russians 152mm shells are less than $1000 each and the equivalent nato 155mm shell is $5,000 to $7,000 (depending on the source)
