My friend used to have an old piece of shit PT Cruiser and it was the most ghetto car I've ever seen or been in. Who the hell were they trying to appeal to when they designed that car?

She's pretty much got her house set up real nice already with her stuff out and there really isn't any extra room for anything if I were to move in. The basement though is unfinished and has a little down there stored but it's mostly free space. You guys know me pretty well and know I need my office to function. That being said, my plan is to finish it a little and make it usable for my needs. Starting with a floor do you have any suggestions on a cheap easy to install over concrete flooring idea? It doesn't need to be luxury. I just want something I can put down fast with little prep work that will allow me to walk around in my socks and slide around in my office chair. Suggestions please.

No. I am the incarnate platonic ideal of Americanness. The privilege, perversion, perfidy, prevarication, cowardice, gluttony, entitlement, selfishness, hypocrisy, hedonism and ego are all part of that. You have to take the good with the bad.

Besides trumps broke, Most of his debts are a matter of public record, as are the properties he owns and the values thereof.
His debts exceed the values of the properties that secure them. He does not have the cash flow to service those debts, and when those properties are foreclosed upon he will still owe money.
Trump’s “fortune” is almost entirely fraudulent… it’s basically a Ponzi scheme where he’s borrowing money from Peter to pay Paul. Ponzi schemes always fail because eventually you run out of marks to keep the money flowing in. Also if “moral bankruptcy” counts as being broke he’s fucked.
you literally just described how the US economy works
