They are forced to try to rapidly clear these back log orders that are not electronically submitted (small counties), and often rely on multiple follow up death certificates.
When you get a death certificate issued for you, your social security card locks up, you can no longer be employed, draw down on government assistance, have an intermediary assist, your banks will begin contacting your personal contacts, and refuse mortgage payments witout explanation. You must go tot he court house, schedule a hearing, and in the interum they have no recourse and often times can't pull more than 100$ out of their bank accounts. If you do this in a really big city it can be like weeks or months until this is all sorted, and as soon as it's sorted SWIM just figures he'll also reapply for a new driver's license, mail hold at the DMV and send his ex girlfriend (who is loyal to the come up) to collect it with a power of attorney form that's faux certified by SWIM & MS Paint
From then on SWIM will not only have deeply confounded his enemy of many many years ago, but about 3 or 4 of them he has gleaned the personal information from in his travels, but SWIM will also have birthed a second identity that is a few short steps away from being the end goal:

I eat about 1500 calories a day, sometimes 3500 if i am eating at a restaurant or buffet
Until about 16 or 17 days ago, I was drinking 8-12 tall boys of steel reserve 211, hurricane malt liquor, or if i was feeling fancy, natty ice. eitherway, it's about 400 calories a can. So for like the last two years i've been consuming upwards of 4,000 calories a day in just fermented high gravity ale. Fuck writing this makes me honestly wanna go get a tall boy haha,
So I supplemented my diet with intermittent bursts of crystal meth (about a .5-1g in a sitting over 3 days), haha, and i didn't eat anything more than i normally did but iam smoking a lot more weed than i was before, about 2-3grammes a day.
Yesterday:
2 pop tarts
1 banana
1 slice of bread with peanut butter
4 cups of green tea
3/4 gallon of water
2 hard boiled eggs
I've lost about 10pounds in thelast two weeks and if jail is still jail i'll probably be about 170-175 when i get out (1885 rght now)
I got an apartment when i get out in a different town two hours a way and my boy is giving me his cadillac, i'm gonna be in really good shape, and I can't wait to go holler at that black girl in the navy and move away.

I did have to do a lot of things on her terms from the start which were part of developing the relationship and making her feel more comfortable around me
However I prayed a lot last year for a change in my life to happen in 2022 and started to realise maybe god had answered my prayers
It might just be a coincidence and it’s not perfect but it’s left me happier than I ever thought and everyday I realise the effort I’m putting in to make this work will pay off eventually
I hate to say this but negative replies like this (I wonder why?) from people like you give me more motivation to continue in what I’m doing to better my life
As for compromise, I basically put it to her this won’t work the way she wants it and I think I’ve already explained how Christian she was about things from the start but now look where it’s ended up
Maybe you never learned to adapt, that seems like why a lot of relationships (or in your case marriages) fail
