   I did a bachelors degree in psychology.
   
   Carl Jung is kinda mentioned in passing as part of the historical development of modern psychology, but he's given like maybe a couple paragraphs in a psych 101 textbook, and maybe a single multiple choice question on an exam.
   
   I read quite a bit more into Jung simply out of personal interest. I mean, he's kinda batshit crazy, even moreso than Freud, but still kinda fascinating to read.
   
   I have been kinda taking a superficial glance at some of Peterson's scholarly contributions regarding the construction of meaning, and, so far, it looks like it might be right up my alley.
   
   Politically, though, I'm not touching that one with any length of pole. I'd just rather stay out of that.
   
   But if you separate his academic thought from his political thought, I think he has a lot to offer.
   
   You probably need to be more specific about which aspect of Peterson's thought you want to discuss, otherwise this is just going to be one big mess.

    As the story goes, he literally broke all of the kittens' paws in front of their mom and dad before screaming "SEE?!! SEE WHAT YOU MADE ME DO?!!!"
    
    Then he boxxed them up and carried the box a ways into the wooded area nearby his home, and despite the endless and pleading kitty bitty mew mews begging for him not to, he just fucking let out a guttural laugh and SLUNG THEM out; a torrent of fluffballs flailing and crying, some of them smacking into tree trunks or landing in thorn bushes, not that it mattered since they all fucking died within a day or two at best.

    
    Damn, that's pretty sad. :(
