   For regular old two factor authentication, why not just stick with phone based ones? Most people have their phone with them at all times.

   Oh, and Grease monkey/TamperMonkey. It's an add-on for browsers that allows you to add your own custom JavaScript to any page you visit.

   If you're willing to do a little bit of coding, or are willing to trust peoples' scripts on the Internet, AutoHotKey is pretty fucking awesome.
   
   It allows you to not only set up custom hotkeys, but you can add your own custom logic too which just exponentially increases the possibilities.
   
   I use it for all kinds of things.
   
   Other than that, it depends on what in particular you want to customize.

   I honestly don't see the appeal with Node if you already know python. I could understand if you come from an extensive JS background or something, but if you already know more python than JS, why not use a python web framework?
   
   I use Flask for like a hundred hobby projects.
   
   You can write a simple web server in like 5 lines of code with Flask, and then use any python module/package/library in your application.

   A good computer chair definitely goes a long way.
   
   I have yet to find the perfect one (although I admittedly have not put much effort yet into finding one).
   
   What's wrong with the gamer chairs? I play literally zero video games (computer or console)*, but I've found that gamer computers and accessories are usually pretty well optimized in all the right ways.

    It's actually kind of an anomaly I guess because I rarely drink during the day. I can handle sobriety throughout the day most of the time, and I experience little to no physical withdrawal symptoms.
