Benzos are part of the problem.
I think what angers me the most is that I blacked out on Friday night. I didn't take any benzos, but sometimes alcohol can be enough to induce a full on black out all on its lonesome.
I woke up with a sore/bruised face, and I don't even know if it was human induced or from a fall.
I also interacted with all kinds of people during that timeframe.
Like, wtf did I do and say to people? The fact that I will never know makes me so mad I just can't even... -

But I have been drinking for like 5 days straight.
And now I have become acclimatized to only experiencing any pleasure in life when I am intoxicated.
That's fucked up.

Physical pleasures are transient and ultimately meaningless.
We might like to pretend that there are ways in which we can create lasting value, like by creating art, or contributing scientific knowledge to our libraries, or even by reproducing.
But it's all self-serving anyhow.
There's no such thing as a legacy.
Why the fuck does anyone do anything? Are we just a bunch of automata striving to create our own legacy?
To what end, though? Does any of that shit matter once the very biological matter we consist of decomposes?
Why carry on this farce? Like, for real, why do the rest of you do it?
I feel like a fool for carrying on without being able to answer what should really be an incredibly simple question.

It was common practice.

That's true that Indian culture, as one example, tend to give the benefit of the doubt to the kids that remain in the home into adulthood. And they do pool resources together in very different ways than white families do.
But you also have to recognize when there are the NEET's, predominantly white, that don't work in any capacity whatsoever and exemplify the stereotypical basement dweller to a T.
Heck, I even experienced a phase like that myself at one point... Working odd jobs, rarely for long, massively undercontributing to the family financial pool.
But it seems like a much more common outcome among white families.
The "why", I don't really know. It might all be a cultural thing dating back centuries, if not Millenia.
And, like you mentioned, there is the frequently occuring case of the "Hindu packed" house with like 4 generations worth of siblings and aunts/uncles and grandparents, thus reducing the overall financial burden for everyone. I wouldn't be surprised if there is an Hispanic equivalent.
Not a lot of whites do that for some reason. -

I'm actually pretty surprised that a state like Texas would be majority pro-Israel.
If King of the Hill taught me anything, it's that Texas is an overwhelmingly Republican state.
Are Republicans generally pro-Israel? Maybe anti-Muslim enough to favor Israel as the lesser of two evils?

Not me.
Imma live in a bunker in the woods and live off the fatta the lan.
A couple hours of work per day might be required to sustain such a life style of self-sustenance, but that's not unreasonable.
If people want to accumulate iPhones and other expensive status symbols and be instagram stars and whatnot, they can occupy the hamster wheel all they want. -
