WHY one wears what they wear isn't particularly important.
There's kinda two separate issues getting mixed up here.
Like, i absolutely have a problem with someone using what another is wearing as an excuse for any kind of sexual violence.
BUT, to sit there and say "oh, my perfectly form-fitting outfit got you aroused? I just wore it because it's comfortable so it has nothing to do with you", is also wrong (albeit to a lesser degree than sexual assault).
To try and argue otherwise just seems kind of disingenuous. -
